You can help students serve communities through the UW Center for Nonprofits
Many thanks to all who attended the UW Spring Football Game at Camp Randall
Stadium this weekend! Proceeds from the ticket sales of this game will
benefit the UW Center for Nonprofits new student internship program. This
initiative will help UW students serve as interns in nonprofit organizations
that would otherwise not be able to afford hosting a student intern.

Many nonprofit organizations are in need of project managers and next
generation leadership succession planning, but are unable to financially
support such efforts. The internship program seeded by the Spring Game will
be administered through the UW Center for Nonprofits and provide financial
stipends and travel expenses for students working with nonprofit
organizations that are not financially able to support the students' time.
These critical practicum experiences help UW students develop leadership
skills, assist with strategic project management within communities and
expand nonprofit sector next generation talent.
Thank you, for considering a contribution that will directly benefit
students and the organizations they will be serving in the future.
If you have questions, please contact Jeanan Yasiri Moe, UW Center for
Nonprofits at yasiri@wisc.edu.
